Securely place the paddle in its original packaging, ensuring all protective covers and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new paddle within 3-5 business days.
